Pricing & Ordering

How do I know the cost of my order?
Your price updates instantly on the product page as you choose your box style, size, quantity, and print option. For orders over 2,000 units, email us for a custom quote: hello@juicyflutes.com.

Do you offer volume discounts or price breaks?
Yes. Higher quantities generally reduce the cost per unit. For large runs (over 2,000 units) contact hello@juicyflutes.com.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
No. You can order low quantities for sampling and testing.

Can I print on the inside and outside of the box?
Yes. Choose Outside or Inside & Outside on the product page.

Dimensions & Box Sizing

Are the dimensions inside or outside?
Dimensions entered on the product page refer to the inside dimensions of the box (usable interior space). If you’re unsure what size to choose, email your product dimensions and we’ll help recommend the best fit: hello@juicyflutes.com.

What units do you use?
All box dimensions are entered in inches in our online configurator.

Box Selection & Structure

What packaging options do you offer?
We offer multiple e-commerce box styles and sizes. If you tell us what you’re shipping, we can recommend the best option.

What is a dieline and why do I need it?
A dieline is the template used to place artwork correctly so the box cuts and folds properly. You can download the dieline after entering your dimensions on the product page.

Artwork & File Guidelines

Do I have to use your design editor?
We recommend it, but you can also upload print-ready artwork created in Illustrator or similar software.

What file types do you accept?
Preferred formats: AI, PDF, EPS. Artwork must be set to CMYK.

What are the key artwork rules?
• Keep artwork 0.125" away from cut/crease lines (unless bleeding).
• Use 300 DPI for images.
• Outline all fonts.
• Do not modify or flatten the dieline layer.

Can I send you my file to check?
Yes. If you’re unsure about setup, email your file or a screenshot to hello@juicyflutes.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Production & Turnaround

What is the turnaround time?
Standard production is 8–12 business days. Rush production is 5–7 business days (where available). If you have a required in-hand date or a rush deadline, email us at hello@juicyflutes.com and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Do you offer rush orders?
Yes—rush availability depends on your box specs and production capacity. If you have a date in mind, email hello@juicyflutes.com and we’ll confirm options.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Canada and the USA.

How are boxes shipped?
Most boxes ship flat for protection and easier handling. In some cases, we may fold mailer boxes to reduce shipping size where it makes sense.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate by province and order subtotal, and is calculated at checkout. In Canada, shipping starts at $34.99 and decreases as order subtotal increases. Most provinces fall in the $35–$110 range (territories can be higher).

Changes, Cancellations & Quality

Can I cancel or change an order after placing it?
Once your proof is approved and the order moves into production, changes or cancellations are not possible.

What if my order arrives defective or damaged?
If there is a manufacturing defect or quality issue, we’ll work with you on a replacement or credit. Because orders are custom, we don’t offer refunds for approved artwork, sizing, or specification choices.

Sustainability

Are your boxes recyclable and made with recycled content?
Yes. Our packaging is 100% recyclable, and many products use recycled fiber, including post-consumer content.
